The Incident Response Policy outlines HomeTree Digital’s approach to detecting, managing, and mitigating security incidents that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of systems and data. This policy is a core part of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and is designed to limit the impact of security threats while reducing the likelihood of recurrence. It applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party service providers. The policy defines key concepts—including security events and incidents—and mandates the implementation of preventive controls, continuous monitoring, and timely reporting across the organization.
